Someone called Cebu "a feast for the eyes"... It's so different from life in the US. With Club Ultima it's like there are two different worlds. One down in the streets of Cebu, with the hustle bustle of noises, colors, sounds, excitement... of the "feast". The other, up in the quiet, insular?, "top of the world" view and amenities of the Club.
